okay I had a look at the screen, $160 is what the tower has cost so far and $290 is how much the final upgrade costs. to sell at that point would recoup only $120. Hope this makes sense.

Actually I think the problem may be something to with the actual upgrade costs not matching up with the reported cost. To upgrade to a Typhoon tower appears to cost ~300 rather than 160?

I can't find any mention of this on the forum so...
I often can't upgrade my towers to level 6, despite having enough money. The upgrade button is simply greyed out. If I click away or click on the tower repeatedly I can sometimes get the icon to light up. Anyone else seen this? |

Is your maze cross-shaped?
I've seen this too, in a cross-shaped maze that forces the creeps to pass through the "wrong" exit (not the one they are heading for.) If they pass through that exit (or one hop away from it) they will jump through it. Here's a maze that will reliably trigger the bug: ![]() However if the maze does not take them within one hop of the exit they will not head towards it. They will head for their own exit as normal. So this maze is safe for hoppers: ![]() because they will follow the edge of the cross, and they cannot jump from there to the exit in a single hop (it's 3 cells away and they can only jump 2.) |
