Choose Difficulty
Before you can start playing the game you must select a game mode. If you have never played a Tower Defense game before you should start with the 'Easy' mode. |
Selecting a Tower
It is a good idea to place some Towers on the map so that they are ready for the first level of creeps.
Click on a Tower to select it and information about that Tower will appear beneath it.
The Tower will be highlighted in green if you can afford to buy it, or red if you do not have enough gold. |

Placing a Tower
Once you have selected a Tower, move the cursor back onto the map. Towers can be placed anywhere inside the white markers.
The green box shows where the Tower will be placed; if it goes red you cannot place a Tower there or you do not have enough money.
If you attempt to place a tower where it would completely prevent creeps from getting to the exit, a "BLOCKING" message would display, and the tower would not be placed. |
Creating a Maze
Place a few more Towers onto the map so that the creeps will have to move around them.
The shaded circle shows the range of the tower you have selected.

Starting the 1st level
You are now ready to defend against the 1st level of creeps, so press the 'START' button.
Creeps will appear and move from one side of the map to the other. Your towers will shoot them when they get into range.

Upgrading a Tower
Towers can be upgraded to increase their power. When you click on a Tower on the map you will see an info panel.
If you have enough gold, click on the 'Upgrade' button to begin upgrading the Tower. The higher the level of the Tower the longer the upgrade takes.
The second set of numbers with the '+' signs indicate what aspects of the tower will be improved after the upgrade.
